Hello 2nd trimester!!

Yep that's right!! I'm in my 2nd trimester... Can't believe it? Neither can I lol... The 1st trimester flew by for me and pretty much without any nausea which was so nice. My 2nd trimester is proving to be harder then my 1st which is odd because your 1st trimester is supposed to be the worst lol.

Baby bug is growing like a weed and I could not be happier about it. I am a bit more round these days but I am loving it! At our last OB appointment we were able to hear the most precious sound I have ever heard, our baby's heart beat!! It was absolutely amazing to hear!! We also got to see our baby bug wiggle away and even wave to us :-)... Troy is convinced it's a boy because he thinks it looks like him lol... I think it looks like a glow worm but Troy said the baby has his chin so it has to be a boy lol... We find out October 30th if baby bug is a boy or girl!!!!

As for Mommy, I am doing ok. My 2nd trimester is proving to be difficult. I have pregnancy insomnia and can't sleep for more then 5 hours at a time. I am starting to get migraines and I am sooo tired all the time lol. Everyone says that it's practice for when baby bug gets here but I think I should be able to sleep whenever I want right now lol. Even though this 2nd trimester is being mean to me I know that it's all worth it because in the end we will have our precious baby bug snuggled up in our arms <3

Who knew?

Who knew that being pregnant takes soooo much out of you? LOL I for one did not. No one shared that tid bit of info with me. I definitely would not change it for the world because I love my baby bug more then life itself but it's just so weird to think that  5 weeks ago I was a "normal" 22 year old with tons of energy and a healthy appetite. Now I'm exhausted, my boobies are killing me and everything looks gross to me lol. My body has changed so much in the past month that even I can't believe it. 248 days until we meet our baby bug, and I can't wait <3

Dear Mommy & Daddy's little bug

Baby Bug,

You are the size of a poppy seed right now and I can't believe how much of an impact you already have on my life. Your Daddy and I have waited so long for you to come into our lives and we feel so blessed to have you growing in Mommy's belly. We love you so very much. I'm already driving your Daddy crazy with the daily updates on your development inside my belly but I know he loves hearing about you :-)

We told the whole family about you today and everyone is so excited to meet you in 9 months. You're going to be one loved little baby bug. Everyone is already trying to guess if you are a boy or girl but all Mommy and Daddy care about is that you're a healthy little one.  Mommy promises to do all she can to make sure that the 9 months you are growing in my belly will be very healthy. Oh and don't worry Daddy is already making sure Mommy has lots of rest and relaxation. 

We love you baby bug and we can't wait to meet you in 251 days :-)
